Important expectations

Cleaning improves removable soil and many spots, but it does not reverse permanent dye loss, fibre damage, wear or contamination that has penetrated deeply into internal materials.

Why do some stains return?

Wicking can bring dissolved material back toward the surface as an item dries. Proper rinsing, extraction and drying reduce that risk, but deeply penetrated contamination may require additional treatment.

Should I treat the stain before you arrive?

Avoid adding more household chemicals unless necessary. Blot fresh spills and tell us exactly what was applied so incompatible products are not mixed.

Can you guarantee odour removal?

No. Results depend on the source and depth. Contamination inside foam, padding or structural material can require replacement rather than surface cleaning alone.
